Sunny Summer Days

The sun wakes up with a golden smile,
Calling, "Come and play awhile!"
Butterflies dance, the bluebirds sing,
Summer is such a happy thing.
Splash in puddles, chase the breeze,
Climb and swing from shady trees.
Build a castle by the sea,
Or have a picnic happily.
Catch a firefly's gentle glow,
Watch the fluffy clouds drift slow.
Laugh with friends from morn till night,
Everything feels warm and bright.
When stars begin to twinkle high,
The moon peeks out into the sky.
Dream of adventures yet to come,
Because summer is full of fun!
