Trying to remember all the important details about our Cooks for Books event, but all we get is the delicious smell and aroma of the most scrumptious things you could ever eat and the gentle buzz of conversation and laughter which filled the school on 7th November this year! So forgive us for only covering the key questions any reporter must cover, as you really, truly had to be there for this...
WHO?
This was an event in which the entire Bright Horizons community participated - primary and secondary pupils, parents and staff!
WHAT?
People baked sweet and salty pastry, delicacies and all sorts of yummy snacks, assembled them onto their stands and then sold them to each other with the most entrepreneurial spirit possible! Kindness, professionalism and communication all around!
The parents chit-chatted and exchanged ideas whilst enjoying food and beverages and there was a bounty of recipes for even the most sensitive palate!
WHERE?
Every classroom and hallway was lined up with amazing food and you could walk from one to another, sampling food and meeting people! There was food from all over the world... What an amazing event!
WHEN?
After our regular lessons we prepared everything with our teachers and at 4pm on Thursday - the show was on!
HOW?

WHY?
Why did we hold this event you ask? Well, what is better than to socialise with some amazing families, enjoy wonderful food and collect money for a good cause?
And nothing in the world tastes better than fun and kindness shared with good friends! Trust us!
