Christmas Story

As soft snowflakes fell from the sky, a young girl named Lucy skipped ahead of her parents happily while singing Jingle Bells. Her blond hair was flying behind her. Lucy was the happiest little 8-year-old you have ever met because Christmas was right around the corner, and she loved Christmas more than anything.

Suddenly, Lucy’s face froze. The largest toy store she had ever seen was right in front of her eyes. Before her parents even noticed, she was already inside running around carelessly. Lucy’s parents tried their best to keep up with her but the store was extremely crowded and soon Lucy was nowhere to be found. The parents shouted for her, looked everywhere and called the police to ask if they had seen Lucy, but nobody could find her. After a long day of searching, the store closed but there was still no sign of her.

The store was closed, the sky turned dark and Lucy was snoring loudly in a box full of stuffed animals. As the sun started to rise, the janitor came to clean the store. When the janitor walked in, he heard a loud noise coming from the back of the store. After wandering around the store for a while, he was shocked to find Lucy stuck in a box of stuffed animals. He immediately called the police and the police informed the janitor that there was an 8-year-old girl missing. The police quickly called the parents and they rushed back to the store as quickly as Santa’s reindeer. They found Lucy and took her home safely. Lucy was shocked to see the Christmas tree full of lights and tons of presents underneath. She enjoyed this special day, and thankfully she was back with both of her parents.
